Westran PTO is a group of volunteers who are committed to supporting WES through fundraising and event planning. Supporting WES staff has always been an element of what we do and we are excited to provide a more streamlined process to achieve this. This process is new and as such, we are learning as we go. Over time, we hope to develop a process that serves everyone well. We appreciate your patience and collaboration as we navigate this element of our organization.

PLEASE NOTE:
All disbursements of funds are subject to fundraising success and PTO participation. We wish that we could fund all requests; however, we are not always able to do so.
The request must directly benefit the students.
The request should be for an item/service the district doesn’t already provide.
To help us stay on budget and allocate funds properly in the future, please be as specific as possible and itemize all amounts.
PTO reserves the right to deny or only partially fund requests.
Reasons a request may not be approved include, but are not limited to, not enough funds to fulfill the requested amount, overlap with other programs or the request is not clearly stated.
